UPON BOOKING

Each session begins with an initial consultation. Before we chat, I like to send a detailed questionnaire for the client to fill out – this helps me put together some ideas and talking points for our consultation. We will chat over the phone or by e-mail to discuss all the details, including locations and wardrobe, and address any questions you might have.

We will get to know one another and discuss your ideas and goals so that I can better tailor your shoot to suit your vision.

DAYS LEADING UP TO YOUR SESSION

I like to send a quick check-in email or text to confirm all of the details from our pre-session consultation brainstorming session and answer any questions that you might have.

I watch the weather very closely during the scheduled week of our session and if needed I will offer alternative options - such as alternative dates - should weather becomes an issue.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION

I like to arrive at the location approximately 15 to 20 minutes prior to the start of our session - please give yourself 15 mins to get settled. Once I have arrived, I will send a quick text message letting you know if our meeting spot has shifted.

When you arrive, I like to spend the first 5 minutes getting to know you and your family - allowing the kids to warm up to me. Together we will have fun, laugh, a lot, and ultimately create amazing memories.

TWO TO FOUR WEEKS FOLLOWING YOUR SESSION

You will receive instructions to access your online gallery via email in approximately 2 - 3 weeks .

Client galleries will be accessible on MHP's Hosting Site and a personalized password will be sent to you via email.
